What to do if What You Are Doing Isn’t Working

Many times when building a business, we get stuck in a rut.  We keep doing the things that our upline or the trainers we listen to tell us work.  But…it’s just not working.  People aren’t buying.  They aren’t signing up.

It’s a viscous cycle that so many entrepreneurs are stuck in.

When we get stuck in life, it’s important to interrupt the pattern.  Break out of it.  Break free.

Go back to basics.

What do I mean by that?

Sometimes we just need to wipe the slate clean.  Forget about everything we’ve learned so far and go back to the basics.  Many times, we THINK we are implementing what we learned, but in reality, we’ve put our own twists and spins on it over time.  I can’t tell you how many times someone has come to me after going through one of my trainings and said “I’m doing everything you said and it’s not working”  I go to their social space profiles and they are doing one or two things I said, but everything else is going totally against what I teach.

You can’t do it half assed.

If what you are doing isn’t working…go back to basics and start over.   When someone takes my training I tell them to forget everything they have learned so far and everything they have been doing.  Once we have a clean slate, we can move forward properly.

Group Coaching for Entrepreneurs

I have quite a few programs to help entrepreneurs build their business online using social spaces.  The majority of them give generic trainings.  After learning the material, you must take what you learned and put it into specifics for your company or business.  Many  have had a problem with this.

So…I developed the half hour to 45 minute strategy session for those who just need a little nudge in the right direction and the VIP day for those who need more one on one help.

Quite a few people have said that they would love to do a VIP day, but they just can’t afford it right now as they aren’t making much money from their business.   I can completely understand where they are coming from.  I’ve been there.  Here is what I’m doing for those people:

For the month of October, 2012, I am doing a group coaching.  We will have a private facebook group where you can get all of the specialized help you need.  We will do up to three calls during the month to answer any questions participants may have.  This will be similar to what you would get in the VIP day, but will not be one on one.  It will be done in a group.  This allows me to help you for a much lower cost.

I will only open this group coaching to a limited number of students to make sure everyone gets the help they need.

What does this group coaching cost?  $247 (Only $147 during Fall special) and that includes the 6 module social networking course, the private group coaching and the coaching calls during October.

Here is a test for you…go to your facebook profile.  NOT your newsfeed.  Facebook is the most popular social space so we will test with this one.  Sign in and click on your name in the top right.  Look at statuses that you’ve posted that come up on that first page.  How many statuses have “likes” and comments?  Now look at those who liked and commented. Are they your prospects or your business associates?  If they aren’t your prospects or if there aren’t many likes and comments, you NEED this coaching.

Thank you!  I’m glad you are enjoying the classes. 

Unfortunately, I have people from all different businesses and industries on my calls so I can’t possibly tailor examples for every one of them or the classes would be WAY longer than they are now.  If you need help crafting your clear, concise “About Me” statement, clearly defining your target market, or knowing what to say when someone contacts you, you might want to consider having a VIP Day with me. The VIP Days are for serious entrepreneurs only. It’s a concentrated day with me where we go over your business and get into specifics of marketing tailored for you. Every person is different and every business is different. I help you figure out exactly what to say and exactly what to do. No generic examples there.
