Online Marketers Finally Making Money?

Over the years I’ve seen many online marketers who have been struggling for years to make money with their companies.   These people faithfully purchase the required products every month and continue to struggle and struggle to find that elusive financial freedom.  Most fight to even come up with enough money to take care of their monthly financial budget so they have gone back to a traditional job while they toil away in a feeble attempt to get free from that job.

For many, it’s a never ending circle of doom.  But, they keep on because they know it’s possible to make money from home.

If that’s you, I’ve found a solution!!

How Much Money Will I Make Working From Home

Here is a question I received this week.  I have received permission from the writer to answer it here on my blog because others may have the same question.

Roxanne,

You say that you have made enough money over the past 12 years working from home to support your family of four.  I am sick and tired of my job.  It sucks.  I have enough money in the bank to support my family for about a month.  Can you guarantee that I will make money if I start this home business with you?  Also, the thing I really love and would like to blog about is animals.  I have dogs and cats and rescue other animals.  Is that something I can make money blogging about?

Thank you,

KT

Hi KT,

First of all, NO ONE can guarantee your income or even guarantee that you will make any money.  My success is based on my efforts as your success will be based on your efforts.  You must commit to doing a couple hours of work EVERY day.  This is not a “set it and forget it” type of business.  It’s very important that you understand that.

With that said…yes…you can blog about animals and have good results if you follow the steps we outline for you.  That’s the beauty of this system.  It will work with any business, any topic.  A good friend of mine, Kim Klaver, began her business with Empower Network about 3.5 months ago.  She has made well over $60K and was invited by the company to a special retreat for the top 100 income earners in Empower.  She started at the bottom with no one, just like I did.  Just like you would.

I would not, however, recommend that you quit your job before you start making money with this.  If you have 2 hours a day (everyone can find 2 hours a day to make money), you can do the steps and work Empower to start making money.  When you have sold a few of the blogging systems and inner circle memberships, you will be making enough to pay for your monthly costs and have some extra coming in.   The more time and effort you can put into it, the faster you will go.  It’s all up to you.  After you start making money and see how easy it is, you can come up with an exit strategy of when your last day at your job will be.  The beauty of this system is that you can blog about anything you want.  So, yes, you can blog about what you love!

So…let’s get you started right away.  The quicker you get started, the quicker we can help you start making money.

I look forward to working with you!

Stop Making Excuses and Get to Work

The Economy Sucks!!

Honestly I’m so sick and tired of having people blame the economy for their lack of effort in building their business.

Seriously…NASCAR racing season is going to be ending soon.  Have you seen the people in the stands this year?  Every time I watch a race, the stands are full of people and there are all kinds of RVs parked there for the weekend.  Do you have any idea what people pay for tickets to these races?  The AVERAGE cost of a nascar ticket is $88.  Even if the stands aren’t completely full, there are a LOT of people spending $88 each to attend a race.

Football season is starting.  The average cost of a ticket to a football game is $75.  Next time you are watching a game, look at the stands and see all of the people spending $75 each to attend that game.

So many people eat out these days.  I am actually amazed at the number of women who don’t cook.  Depending on where you live, you are spending an average of $50 or more for dinner for a family of four.  EVERY DAY!!

The average family spends $75 a month on cable television.  How does cable television help you make money?

The average network marketer spends $500 to get started, $100/month on products and $2,000 or more on training (where the majority of them learn ineffective marketing methods).  The average network marketer does not even make enough money to pay for their products.

What can we learn from all of these statistics?

People spend money on things they WANT.  They spend money on things they perceive will make their lives easier or better.

So…in the words of Tom “Big Al” Schreiter…”If building your business was a crime, would there be enough evidence to convict you?”

Do You Think Your Job is Secure?

It is with much sadness I write this post to you today, Christmas, 2011.

I am the type of person who thinks she can “save the world”.  I always try my best to help others.  Today I ran into an old friend.  For the past few years, I’ve been talking with this friend about starting her own home business.  She’s my facebook friend and she sees my posts on there talking about creating an income from home.  For this post I will call her Nancy.  Nancy had a decent job.  She was making enough money to add to her husband’s income and help make a pretty good life for their family.

Every time I even mentioned helping her create an additional income from home, Nancy reminded me that she didn’t need a “Plan B” because she had a good job and her husband had worked for the same company since he graduated high school.

It’s been about 6 months since I talked with Nancy.  She told me today that things are really bad for her this year.  Her husband lost his job.  The company just went out of business.  No notice to employees or anything.  For a while they stayed afloat with their savings, his unemployment and her income.  Then, about a month or so later, Nancy’s employer fired her.  Because NY is an “at will” employment state, an employer can fire you at any time for any reason or for no reason.  When her unemployment hearing came up, the employer came up with all kinds of BS that were the supposed reasons behind her firing, although she had heard from other employees that the company just wanted to get rid of the higher paid employees to cut costs.    Needless to say, she did not get unemployment.

So…here Nancy and her husband are today with 2 kids and very little income.  His unemployment barely pays the rent and keeps food on the table and the electric on.   They have both been looking for jobs, but jobs are few and far between.  At this point, coming up with even $60 to start her own home business is out of the question.  They are looking for a smaller place because even though they get her husband’s unemployment, they make too much to qualify for any assistance from the state.  Therefore, they have to move to a smaller place so they can keep food on the table.

My mother always said “Hindsight’s 20/20”.  If Nancy had started her own business a year ago when she and her husband still had jobs, they would NOT be in this situation today.  At this point, there isn’t much I can do to help her.  She has to be willing to invest something into owning her own business.  I could have gotten her started for less than $100 when they had “good jobs” and “good income”.  But…unfortunately, Nancy didn’t think she needed to plan for “just in case”.

So…what is your plan?  What if your “good job” disappears?  What will you do?  Do you have anything in place to help out?  If you need a Plan B, contact me and I will be happy to help.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. What will you do with it?
