Zimmerman Out on Bond

George Zimmerman was released on $150,000 bond at approximately midnight last night.  What are your thoughts on this?

I don’t think there’s really any reason he shouldn’t be allowed bond like any other person.  I am NOT a George Zimmerman supporter.  My thoughts are that he is a liar and a very dishonest person.  So far he has been caught in too many lies.  What lies?  Here is a partial list:

Zimmerman claimed HE was the voice screaming for help on the 911 call.  That was a LIE  – TWO, not one, but TWO independent voice analysts said that the voice screaming for help was NOT GEORGE ZIMMERMAN.

Zimmerman (in his “apology” to Trayvon’s parents) claimed that he did not know Trayvon was a teen.  He claimed he thought Trayvon was “a little younger than me”.  That was a LIE – In the original 911 call, Zimmerman called Trayvon a “teenager” and a “kid” on at least 3 occasions.

Zimmerman claimed his head was being “bashed into the concrete”.  That was a LIE – See post at http://roxannegreen.com/647/george-zimmermans-bloody-head/

Zimmerman claimed that he shot Trayvon because Trayvon Martin was “going for my gun”.  Then, in the “apology” he said “I didn’t know whether he was armed or not”.

Zimmerman told the 911 operator that Trayvon was running away from him.  He then said (VERY CLEARLY) “These assholes. They always get away.”  Then you hear the ding of the vehicle door and the heavy breathing starts where Zimmerman is clearly CHASING Trayvon.

Zimmerman said Trayvon circled back and came after him.  Interesting…Zimmerman was pissed that Trayvon was running away and he began to chase.  Then, he took off after Trayvon.  When the 911 operator asked him if the police should meet him at his truck, it is apparent that George Zimmerman had no intentions of stopping chasing Trayvon because he said “Could you have them call me and I’ll tell them where I’m at?” IN MY OPINION, he fully intended to go after Trayvon.

I don’t think that Zimmerman’s account is correct.  I don’t think there is any way that Trayvon “circled back” and came after him.  Here’s why.  The 911 call proves that Trayvon was running AWAY from Zimmerman.  NOT toward him. Look at where he was first seen by Zimmerman and where he was found dead.  MAP IT.  The locations are there.  It makes no sense.  Zimmerman got out of his vehicle near 1111 Retreat View Circle, Sanford FL.  (Um, if they come in through the uh gate, tell them to go straight past the clubhouse and, uh, straight past the clubhouse and make a left and then go past the mailboxes you’ll see my truck.)  Trayvon was found DEAD behind a building at 1231 Twin Trees Lane

Do I think Zimmerman is guilty?  I think that this was a horrible tragedy.  I think that it was an altercation that went horribly wrong.  What I DO know is that if George Zimmerman had stayed in his darn truck and had not acted like a policeman wannabe, that boy would still be alive.  I think (based on Zimmerman’s lies so far) that he confronted Trayvon and they scuffled.  I think George Zimmerman got scared thinking this could be an armed teen and shot without thinking.  I do not think it was murder, but I do, however, think it was manslaughter.  It’s very sad.  All of the lies he is coming up with now are making him look more guilty.  His lawyers need to keep his mouth shut because every time it opens, more lies spew out.

I am curious to see the records that will hopefully be released to the public in this case.

George Zimmerman Apology

George Zimmerman appeared in court today for his bail hearing.  For some reason, his attorney felt it would be OK for him to take the stand and make a “statement” under oath.

First of all, it’s never a good idea to put your client on the stand.  That opens him or her up to cross examination, not to mention the fact that EVERYTHING they say is “on the record”.

Here is what I got out of that “apology”.  George Zimmerman changes his story as it suits him.

Zimmerman appeared in court today for his bond hearing clean shaven and in a suit.  He was shackled at the waist and wrists.

He addressed this “apology” to Trayvon Martin’s parents.   I think the apology was a joke.  I am VERY glad his dingbat lawyers let him say it though because now there are more lies on record.  He claimed in the apology that he thought Trayvon was a couple years younger than him, but in the 911 call he clearly calls him a teenager and a kid at least 3 times.  Then the next lie he said he didn’t know if Trayvon was armed, but in his statement to the police, he said Trayvon was trying to go for Zimmerman’s gun and that’s why he shot him.  WHY…if Trayvon was armed…would he “go for” Zimmerman’s gun?

Some people have said they think that  Zimmerman’s apology was sincere.  Interesting.  I ask you…can an apology be sincere when it’s riddled with lies?

I certainly hope that these lawyers keep allowing this man to speak so America can see that if his lips are moving, he’s lying.  He changes his story more than most people change their clothes.

In my opinion, this “apology” was a huge present, gift wrapped and tied in a cute red bow for the prosecution.

George Zimmerman’s Bloody Head?

The following is MY OPINION.  If you would like to leave an intelligent comment and debate the issue, feel free.  If you can’t be nice in a comment, don’t bother.  ;-)

 

LOL…I had to laugh when I saw the photo of George Zimmerman’s “bloody head” on the news.  Here…take a look yourself:

Must be none of the people who claim this is consistent with someone “bashing his head into concrete” have EVER had their head bashed into the ground.  And, for the record, YES, I’ve had that happen so I know.

First of all…concrete is FLAT.  The first part of your head that hits the concrete gets it the worst.  That is NOT the top of your head, it’s the BACK of the head.  Feel your head…run your hand along from top to bottom on the back.  Your head is a ROUNDED shape.  As your hand comes down, you will feel that the MIDDLE of the back of your head sticks out farther than the top.   IN MY OPINION, it’s not possible (unless someone is holding you upside down like my brothers used to do to me) for you to hit the TOP of your head first when your head is being “bashed into concrete”.  It is clear from this photo that the blood is dripping DOWN from the top of his head.

Second…head wounds bleed.  They bleed a LOT!!  Even a minor head wound will bleed like crazy.  The blood coming from his head appears (IN MY OPINION) to be from scratches, not wounds from a head bashing.  I’ve seen many head wounds.

Third…I don’t give a rat’s behind if Trayvon Martin WAS bashing George Zimmerman’s head off the concrete (which I do not think happened), any time a grown adult is following a child, it’s not right.  Any time a grown adult attempts to engage a child on a dark, deserted street, you bet your butt that child has every right to bash that person’s head into the ground if said child gets that opportunity.

THE ONLY THING I’M DEBATING HERE IS THE HEAD WOUND.  As evidence comes out, I will post more.

US Secret Service Encounter with Prostitutes in Colombia

THE FOLLOWING IS MY OPINION based on what I’ve read/heard so far about this incident.

Prostitution is apparently legal in Colombia.  OK…to each his own.  However, when you are a secret service agent, being paid by taxpayer dollars, on OFFICIAL US business, you have no right to engage in that type of behavior.   I’m sure the secret service is not paid hourly, therefore, when they are traveling for business, they are always “on the clock”.  These people represent our country.  They are in charge of securing the President of the United States.

Now…even though President Obama was not in Colombia at the time, that does not matter.  They were charged with setting up the security for his visit.

Wouldn’t it make sense to call as little attention to yourself as possible?  Secret service members should be able to move about covertly.  They should be able to go unnoticed.  That, I’m sure, is part of the qualifications they need to posses.

I’m not judging the hiring of prostitutes.  As I said, it is legal in that country.  However, what I am commenting on is my opinion on the behavior of these “secret service” agents.  Do whatever you want on your downtime as long as it does not jeopardize your business.  They were not on vacation, however, they were on official business.  When you get into an argument IN THE HALLWAY OF A HOTEL WITH A PROSTITUTE, you are going to call attention to yourself.

I mean really…what did these guys think was going to happen?  You play, you have to pay.  You don’t negotiate a price, then partake in the service and then attempt to renegotiate the price in a public hallway.  HELLO??  Don’t you have to be semi intelligent to be part of the secret service?  I guess not…

Main Reason for Failure Online

I recently opened up some coaching slots. My intent was to offer this at a great discount to those who could FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.  If someone is unable to follow directions, it is a waste of my time and their money to hire me because they are NOT COACHABLE.

I sent an email to my list that clearly said

Many of you have asked me for one on one coaching.  I’ve decided to open up a few spots.  Unfortunately, I can not work one on one with everyone.  I can, however, fit a handful of you into my schedule.  If you want to apply for coaching with me, email roxanne at coachroxanne dot com and put “APPLICATION FOR COACHING” in the subject line.  Tell me what you are working on, where you are now and what you need help with.  Life or business…I can help.

Eight people replied.  Here are a few of the responses (the rest were similar);

  • I want to work with you.
  • Will you coach me for free please.
  • I love your trainings but have no money.  Can you work with me free?
  • Since I bought a course from you in the past can you teach me everything you know.

Now….I’m not in business for charity.  My prices are VERY reasonable compared to what others charge.  I have given away a LOT of free trainings in the past.

I am totally shocked at the online mentality of people.  Everyone wants something for NOTHING.  Life does not happen that way.  You spend time or you spend money.  Everything I’ve learned, I’ve paid for with time and/or money.  It makes me very sad when I see these people struggling.  Many of them I’ve been acquainted with for years.  And years later they are still wondering why they are not successful.

HELLOOOO???  Are you serious?

If just ONE of them had replied and actually followed the instructions in the email, I probably would have been so excited to find someone who is coachable that I would have given them a huge discount and given them way more value than they paid for.

I recently told people about a program online that costs ONE MEASLY DOLLAR for the first 30 days.  They walk you through step by step how to make money online.  There are videos showing you EXACTLY what to do and EXACTLY what to say.   If people can simply FOLLOW DIRECTIONS, you can be successful making money online.  I am amazed (I SHOULDN’T BE) at the number of people who replied to say “I can’t afford $1″ or “I don’t have the time to do this”.  OMG…really??  Are you kidding me?  Some of those people who have no time are playing facebook games for HOURS every day.

A couple months ago, I had someone purchase a 6 WEEK self study course from me.  This course is clearly delivered in 6 WEEKLY lessons.  That was stated on the order page.  This particular woman had multiple failures to follow through.  First, she was directed by my payment processor to a page that clearly said

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PAYMENT

BUT WAIT!!  YOU’RE NOT DONE YET

Just one more step.  In order to receive the modules, you will need to fill out the form below. 

My payment processor verified that she was, indeed, directed to this page.  My stat counter verified that her IP address visited that page immediately after payment.  She emailed me to say that she did not get access to the course.  The reason was that she did not follow directions and did not fill out the form.  I did not tell her that, I simply apologized and gave her access to the form to fill out.  She then emailed me to tell me that the links in my email do not work.  I verified that the correct links were in my autoresponder series and send her the link to the first weekly lesson.  At that point I suspected her email was stripping the links so I said “If you can’t get the remaining weeks, just email me.”  I did not hear back from her.  Now, at this point, I know for a fact that this person received module ONE.  However, she did not send in homework from module ONE.  This was her SECOND failure to follow directions on her part.  Over the next few weeks, I checked with my autoresponder periodically to be sure the lessons were being sent to her.  They were.  I did not hear from her so I assumed she was getting the lessons.  She did not send in homework from lesson one, which I know she received so her failure to follow directions and send in homework was not an indication of anything.

WEEKS LATER…after the entire course was sent to her and I took the course down to redo it….she emailed me to say that she never received anything beyond week one and she wanted a refund.  ???????  I was very nice and let her know that my terms are 30 days on refunds and since it had been well beyond the 30 days, I could not do that.  I offered her a couple different options, one being a free one hour coaching session (worth well over $500) .  She wanted NOTHING but a refund.  We have multiple failures to follow through on her part.

In conclusion, failure to follow directions and failure to actually WANT to better your life are the main reasons that you are not successful at making money from home.
