There are a lot of people looking for a way to make money from home. There are also a lot of ways to make money from home. Many people think (because it’s plastered all over the internet) that they can become rich overnight using the internet. It doesn’t work that way.

I’ll give you an example.

Mary lost her job recently. She really needs money so she decided she’s going to start cutting hair for a living. She’s never cut hair before, but that doesn’t stop her. Someone told her it’s easy and anyone can do it.

Mary goes out and spends her savings to buy all of the equipment and supplies she needs to open a hair salon in her basement. She hangs a sign in her front yard that says “Hair Cuts – $10″. Mary then calls her family and friends to tell them that she’s now cutting hair and to ask them to come over and get haircuts.

Mary’s friends and family ask her when she learned to cut hair and she tells them “I am learning as I go. Come on over so I can practice on your hair.”

Do you think that any of Mary’s friends and family will take her seriously? Probably not. Do you think Mary is being irresponsible by not learning t cut hair before she opens her shop?

Many people do this exact same thing every day. Then, when the money doesn’t come rolling in, they complain “This is a scam.” Is cutting hair a scam? No – but it is not going to be a viable business for Mary because she didn’t learn how to cut hair before she started her business.

Making money online is the same thing. You have to learn skills before you start your online business. You can not start today and expect to be making enough money to replace your income in a matter of days, weeks or even months. Building a successful online business takes time, effort and money. You need to learn skills before you can expect to be successful at anything.

It would be highly unreasonable for Mary to think that someone would train her to cut hair and give her the equipment and supplies needed to start her business for free.  It is also highly unreasonable for Mary to think that she can start with no money and no skills and have enough money coming in to live off.

It is also highly unreasonable for anyone looking for a work at home internet busienss to think these things.  In order to have a successful business, you must be prepared to spend the time and money it takes to learn the skills to be successful.

Oh how true that is.

Prior to February of 2006 I used to get hives all the time. It started when I was six years old. I still remember my first trip to the hospital. My face was swollen, my whole body was swollen and itchy. My dad was in the hospital and my mom was visiting him. Us kids stayed with my Grandma. Mom got to Grandma’s house and saw me, picked me up carried me out to the car and returned to the hospital.

Since that day, I’ve been in the hospital about once every 6 months or so with hives all over my body.

They would give me prednisone (steroids) by injection and send me home with a prescription for more. The doctors could never figure out what caused the hives. No matter where I was or what I was doing, there was always a chance of an outbreak of them.

In February 2006, the hives went away!! NO – this isn’t what I’m missing.

I began taking a product called Limu Plus. This stuff is amazing. When 6 months passed with no hives I thought it was a coincidence. Then 7, 8, 9 and more months until it became almost THREE YEARS that I was free of hives.

Well…I ran out of Limu Plus a month or so ago and have been so scatterbrained lately with all that’s going on that I forgot to order more. Here’s where the “You don’t know what you have until it’s gone” part comes in.

You guessed it. I’ve broken out in hives!!!! It’s not as bad as it was BL (Before Limu) but it sure is ITCHY!!! If you’ve ever had hives, you understand.
