I recently did a Stress Management seminar that I am making available to the public.
The two major causes of stress are money (or lack of it) and other people.
This CD will help you learn to relieve the stress that comes from other people in your life. Your boss, your kids, your spouse or partner, your parents, your friends, etc…
I’ve gotten rave reviews from the people who have purchased this so far and want everyone to be able to afford it. Therefore, I’ve dropped the price. I don’t know how long it will stay this low so grab it now.
The cost of this Seminar is only $19.95 for a limited time. Grab it now.
WARNING - This seminar was done for a small group and was outdoors so you may hear some background noise. There are some birds chirping and a very little bit of vehicle noise from the highway nearby.
The message, however, is clear and the quality of the information is not affected.
This low price is for my blog readers only.

Gratitude is Key
Sunday July 06th 2008, 12:41 am
It’s after midnight. I was ready to go to bed early tonight because I’m exhausted, but I had to come and write for a few minutes.
On my other blog I told you about how I manifested a porch.
Every night before I go to bed, I sit on the porch for a while and relax. Tonight something hit me. My husband and I have been looking for a new place because a house was built right next to ours and a family with 6 kids moved in. We have nothing against them, however, we are country people. We are used to living in the middle of nowhere and not used to neighbors so close. So we wanted to find a new place.
Before we moved here, I had a “perfect moment”. This is somewhere that I would go in my mind when things got tough to help me get through those times. My perfect moment was sitting on my front porch with the rain coming straight down and thunder & lightening off in the distance. A light gentle breeze is blowing. I went to this perfect moment often.
About a week after we moved in, I was sitting on the porch and I LIVED MY PERFECT MOMENT!! It was AMAZING.
In the year that we’ve lived here, I lost sight of that.
Tonight as I sat on my porch, all I could think was that I am so thankful for cool KY evenings. I am so thankful that I can sit on my porch at night and enjoy the cool breeze and the peace and quiet. I am thankful that I have a front porch to sit on.
Gratitude. It’s all about gratitude. We have to be grateful for the things we have before we will be entrusted with more.
Now I’m grateful for a nice cool bed to climb into and go to sleep.
What are you grateful for today?

You Can Redesign Your Life
YouHide.com
Saturday July 05th 2008, 7:01 pm
Did you know that you can’t hide behind a proxy when revisiting a site? I recently had an incident with someone who visits here and claim she doesn’t. She thought if she went to youhide.com it would hide her IP address. NOT without clearing your cookies first or refreshing your IP address. But then it would still show the same ISP. I guess you could get a new ISP for a day - but that’s probably not an option this late on Saturday. Some people know just enough to get themselves in trouble.
Moral? If you’re not COMPLETELY SURE how something works, don’t use it until you find out.

Teach What You Need to Learn
Saturday July 05th 2008, 11:33 am
There is an old saying that says we teach what we most need to learn. When I was attending college, I would tutor students in the afternoon based on what I learned that morning in class. For me, that is how I learn best. It cemented it in my head.
Thus the reason for my “You Can Redesign Your Life” weekend teleseminar. I am learning so much amazing stuff and I want to teach it to others. I still can not believe it sometimes. Since I’ve been following my passion (after YEARS of trying to figure out what that was) I have grown so much and have had the success that I always thought was reserved for others. My life is amazing.
Is there room for improvement? Always. If anyone is naive enough to think that there is not anyone that knows more than them on a particular subject, they are not even close to having personal growth. I will always be a student in addition to teacher.
Have a truly awesome day because YOU deserve it!!

What is YOUR True Passion?
Tuesday July 01st 2008, 9:11 am
I turned 41 this year and for years I have been trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. I’ve done a lot over the years. I’ve been everything from a secretary to a waitress to gas station attendant to administrative assistant for company presidents to business owner.
Within the past couple years, I’ve learned a technique to figure out what I truly want to do with my life.
During that process, I recalled my 7th grade science teacher telling me “Roxanne - you are a natural leader. Many people are considered leaders, but there aren’t a lot of people who have that natural ability.”
WOW - I had forgotten those words as I grew up, graduated and “got on with life”. However, over the years, those words came back to me many times from many different places. But I never considered myself a leader. I do now. The past few years, life has put me in the position to be that leader and I LOVE it!!
I thrive when I am teaching others. I thrive when I am in a group being social. I thrive when I am helping people “get it”.
When I was going to college, I would take accounting classes in the morning and tutor other students in the afternoon based on what I had learned that morning. This did two things for me. It gave me personal satisfaction from helping others and it helped cement in my mind what I had learned.
As I walked through the steps to reconnect with my true passion in life, I remembered all of these things. I remembered the feelings that I got when I was in that “natural born leader” role. Too many people think being a leader is about being in control and being the boss. That is NOT a leader. A leader is one who can help bring out the best in others and takes pride in helping someone do a better job at whatever they are doing. A leader is a teacher. A leader has the best interests of the people they are leading at heart.
Do you know what your true passion is?
I can help you find out. Join me for my “You Can Redesign Your Life” weekend and let me help you figure that out.
This will be two fun, information packed days that will change your life forever. Is YOUR life worth two days?
