Just like the real estate market, employers really have been put in much greater control of the interviewing process. And the interviewer&#039;s perspective is, &quot;I&#039;d rather be doing something else&quot;.

After all, who has the most to lose? The interviewer already &lt;em&gt;has&lt;/em&gt; a job.
